Hair Studios are not safe places for babies and children. Please, for your peace of mind and their safety, we ask you not to bring children to the Studio.
Must be presented for redemption.
Methods Of Payment.
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Debit Cards. If checks are returned there is a $20 returned check fee.
Bridal parties are subject to a 20% non-refundable retainer.
Being punctual helps us serve you well. Please arrive to the studio 5 minutes prior to your reserved appointment. Our desire and goal is to serve you in a relaxed and calm state. It can be challenging for us to do so, otherwise. If you are late to your appointment by 10 minutes or more, we will require your services to be rescheduled and a $25 per service fee will apply.
We understand life and situations arise that are out of our control. We are here to partner with you to help make your life easier and give grace wherever we can. Please let us know within our policy.
We also ask you to consider that your Designer works hard to prep and plan for your appointment. In return, if you do have to cancel, please let us know with-in 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you have to cancel within 24 hours, a $25 fee will be due for each service scheduled.
